Cleaning Services Operatives


DUTIES
  • To ensure that the rooms, toilets, offices, kitchens, communal areas and all allocated areas are cleaned to a high standard.
  • To comply with the service level agreement.
  • Damp-wipe tables, chairs, desks, and hard surfaces.
  • Vacuum all soft floors and carpets.
  • Mop hard floors and empty bins.
  • To ensure appropriate PPE/Uniform are always used during working hours.
  • To attend training as and when required.
  • To take instruction and advice from the Cleaning Supervisor.
SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Experience in cleaning would be preferred and recommended.

Window Cleaning Operatives


DUTIES
  • To ensure that excellent customer service standards are achieved and core business objectives and performance indicators are met.
  • Ability to deal with removal and disinfection of Human and animal waste.
  • Carrying out checks in communal areas for lighting and replacing light bulbs as required.
  • Cleaning out gutters and other external pipes using safety equipment.
  • Preparing and gritting pathways for the winter months.

Grounds Maintenance Operatives


DUTIES
  • Lawn maintenance and repairs.
  • The safe use of ride-on mowers, rotary mowers, strimmer’s, leaf blowers and other horticultural machines.
  • Soil cultivation, digging, forking, mulching, watering, raking, weeding, edging, and pruning.
  • Bed preparation and planting.
  • Hedge and shrub trimming.
  • Keeping the borders, clear and free from debris and litter always.

DUTIES
  • Carry out cleaning services, bag and remove all litter ensuring that all locations are left clean and tidy.

Waking Watch Operatives


DUTIES
  • Daily “non-technical” fire alarms and smoke vents testing on scheduled sites.
