The Way Forward Ltd started its journey in 2016. It all began with the meeting of two like-minded individuals. Two of the company’s founders Fernando Santos and Marco Duarte were working in the corporate world. They were a part of multi-billion-pound organisations situated in premium locations within London (such as Oxford Circus & Piccadilly Circus). Very quickly they all realised that the facilities management services in major organisations often lacked a reliable system of priorities, leadership, and rhythm. Therefore, very frequently customers would receive a substandard service.
From that moment, they set themselves a mission: “To provide the highest of quality cleaning and maintenance solutions to every home and business in the world."
The Way Forward Ltd, “TWF” was born.
