Our Mission

The Way Forward Ltd started its journey back in 2016.

It all began with a meeting of two like-minded individuals, company founders Fernando Santos and Marco Duarte.

Both working in the corporate world for multi-billion pound organisations with large facilities in premium locations in London (such as Oxford Circus & Piccadilly Circus). ​

Very quickly they both realised that the cleaning services in major organisations often lacked a reliable system of priorities, leadership and rhythm, that very frequently meant the customer would receive a substandard service.

From that moment on they set themselves a mission: “To provide the highest quality cleaning and maintenance solutions to every home and business in the world.”

The Way Forward Ltd, “TWF” was born.
